Type of contract: Permanent Role 
Department: Technical Services 
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour for lunch) 
Location: Greenwich

About the role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of stage 4 & 5 designing electrical systems that align with our client's vision. You'll be responsible for undertaking technical appraisals of existing buildings developing short and long term strategies specifying components, creating layouts, and ensuring seamless integration across services.
 

Responsibilities

• Assistance in the assessment of new works and fee submissions
• Develop and produce all necessary Electrical calculations and design solutions from briefing stage through to detailed design stage
• Monitor and assist with construction works as they progress on site in respect of compliance and high-quality standards set by the business
• Lead and run key testing and commissioning activities such as ISTs and Black Building Tests
•Provide technical support to the wider business 

Desirable experience with;

• Energy Performance Assessments
• Load and Capacity reviews
• Life Cycle Replacement Reports
• Single Point of Failure Analysis (SPOF)
• Resiliency reviews
• Liaising with clients
