Group Metropolitan has successfully completed a five-year maintenance regime with a Global Financial Services Organisation, delivering 100% compliance across the entire programme.
Throughout the contract, Group Metropolitan teams carried out a full suite of electrical compliance activities, including:
- Switchgear servicing & maintenance
- Fixed Wire Testing
- Energised maintenance with TEGG
- RCD testing
- Portable Appliance Testing
All works were meticulously scheduled and planned across multiple shutdowns over the five years. Minor remedials were completed at the point of test, with larger observations tracked, planned, and closed out, supported by full certification and documentation.
A key part of achieving this outcome was Dutiful, our in-house compliance platform developed by GML and now used across several clients. Dutiful allowed us to monitor progress in real time, ensure full auditability, and maintain complete compliance visibility from start to finish.
