Modifications to existing pipework, electrical systems, and mechanical services, and integration of new chillers into the building’s infrastructure were all required. During the enabling works phase, pipework freezing was carried out on the header to ensure the safe removal of the existing units and to prevent any damage. As part of the logistics for relocating the chillers from street level to the plant room, Group Metropolitan provided temporary solutions to maintain operational efficiency and to avoid any disruptions within the building.
