TEGG Maintenance

Soon after becoming a TEGG Franchise in 2006, we were approached by one of our long-term financial clients to implement a preventative maintenance strategy at their newly fit out headquarters on Canary Wharf. Team TEGG have been carrying out the annual service ever since, using non-intrusive ultrasonic analysis, infrared thermal imaging and power quality analysis to provide a detailed overview of the client's critical infrastructure in its normal working environment.

During our 16 years we have found multiple issues of varying severity, highlighting them immediately to the client and allowing them to put a remedial plan of action in place. Some of the issues found are:

  • Missing insulation on LV Panels
  • Connection Issues in Distribution Boards
  • HV Discharge on Incoming Switchgear
  • Poor MICC connections on Life Safety Switchgear
