Team Fit Out were contacted by our client to deliver a white box fit out at short notice, as a tenant had recently signed a lease and wanted to be open in time for the Christmas rush. Our specialist team mobilised to attend site and carry out initial surveys before providing a design for the space, including all technical services.

Following approval from the client to proceed, we prepared our in-house teams for an aggressive programme to ensure we met the client's imminent deadline. Team Fit Out led the project, dealing with all structural and finishing elements, including new flooring, ceiling and partitions, whilst engaging our Team Mechanical and Team Electrical to install the technical services throughout.

The project was handed over 1 week early, with zero defects and on budget, much to the clients delight.
