GroupMetropolitan were invited by CBRE to tender for the Mechanical and Electrical packages on a four floor fit out in Wimbledon. The project was let as a design and build, as the client had a non-negotiable end date to move in certain parts of the business. This method allowed us to progress as quickly as possible with Team Electrical and Team Mechanical working alongside CBRE to engineer solutions to issues like spatial constraints in the ceiling void.

Due to client budget constraints we had to make consideration for retaining existing infrastructure. Team Design worked with the on-site technical teams to develop a cost-efficient solution, validating and retaining items such as underfloor power bar, primary ductwork and high level lighting bar.
