One of the key aspects of the project was the coordination among contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the design specifications were met while managing any changes without impacting the budget or timeline. The team ensured that all installations were aligned with the design specifications and quality standards through regular inspections, tailoring the space to meet the client’s functional and aesthetic needs.
Our experienced team anticipated and managed challenges including managing logistics and isolations, as only one floor could be isolated at a time due to working on consecutive floors, ensuring the project remained on schedule, and overcoming unforeseen technical challenges. Time management was crucial and the team was organised into shifts, working day and night to meet the tight deadlines. Despite multiple challenges, the project was completed to the highest standards, within a reduced timeline, navigating additional requirements and with no snags.
